Healthier Lifestyle

Just to share what I've been doing on weekends. 

I had a handful of the so-called personal coach from Herbalife approaching me. 
Heck. I'd seen results. My real life friends.

So I tried. The worst RM500+ I had ever spent.

Yes. You'll lost weight.
But there's no satisfaction.
You know what I mean?

I want to sweat.
I want to be fit.
Instead of just being thin.

So I join these activities.

Now, I am way more happy than I used to.
Exercising DO boost your mood.
